We promise we're not trying to nickel-and-dime you!

While the base rate is a daily cost, others like cleaning and damage protection are one-time charges. Keeping them separate allows us to offer you the lowest price whether you stay two nights or 20. It also means you'll be charged sales tax only on the base rate - not on any other fees.

Additionally, having our reservation system itemize all these expenses cuts our bookkeeping time dramatically, so we can pass those savings along to you.
