The bride and groom have chosen Shenandoah Woods for their destination wedding partly because we and they believe a wedding should last for days, not hours. You are encouraged to stay here for several days, celebrate the marriage and explore the Shenandoah Valley. This page will assist you in booking accommodations, getting here and more.
Accommodations
Since you are coming to a wedding here we would love for you to consider staying here. Shenandoah Woods owns and operates many of the vacation properties nearby. You can see our availability calendar and book a property here.
If you are with a large group you might want to book several cabins near each other. Somerset, Chadwick and Simple Pleasures Cabins are near each other and the Pavilion. Kalmia, Whispering Pines and Lakeland cabins are also in the same area. Lost Paddle Cabin and Pinnacle Cabin are twin 4 bedroom cabins near each other. See our map here.
While none of our cabins are fully ADA compliant, there are a few good choices for for guests with limited mobility. Laurel Hill Cabin is a single-level cabin with a garage, entry ramp and master bath with grab bars. Fern Bank Cabin is another single-level cabin with an entry ramp. Lost Paddle Cabin and Kalmia Cabin both have entry ramps and everything you need on the main level.
Booking Coupon
You may need to use a booking code/coupon to access our booking system. Please contact the bride and groom, we cannot give out their booking code. The coupon does not provide a discount.
Wedding guests may take advantage of our wedding special, book three nights and get a fourth night free. This special is only available for properties owned by Shenandoah Woods. The special is NOT available for Old Wagon Lodge and Sunridge Retreat. Right now our online booking system cannot add the free night automatically so please book three nights and in the message section leave us a note that says which night you would like us to add on for free.

Many weddings will utilize our shuttle service to provide transportation to and from the wedding. Please inquire with the bride and groom if you would like to use this service.

After you book one of our properties and pay in full you will receive an email with arrival instructions including directions and the property combination. Please do not rely on GPS navigation in Shenandoah Woods.
